Were looking for an analytical, detail-driven Inventory Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, youll support inventory accounting across multiple sites, ensure the accuracy of financial data, and play a key part in our monthly reporting and physical inventory processes. Youll work closely with local site teams and finance colleagues across EMEAI, gaining exposure to a truly international environment. Location: Witney (Hybrid: 2 days onsite Monday & Wednesday, 3 days remote) Contract : Full-time Travel: Occasional Financial Management & Reporting Prepare and post monthly journals in line with the month-end timetable. Reconcile inventory balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies. Support local management by producing high-quality manufacturing and inventory reports. Review and update manufacturing efficiency metrics. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities alongside site finance managers. Provide financial data for statutory and government reporting requirements. Support Finance teams in executing physical inventory counts at EMEAI sites. ERP & Systems (Oracle) Maintain financial and cost coding structures within Oracle. Prepare and upload standard journals and ensure regular sub-ledger updates. Troubleshoot and correct system issues as they arise. Maintain inventory provisions in line with corporate policy. Understand and support improvements in Oracle process flows. General Responsibilities Collaborate with Finance colleagues across GSC and EMEAI to ensure accurate reporting and process consistency. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards. What youll bring University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. CIMA qualification (completed or currently studying) is a strong advantage. High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy. Technically minded with experience using ERP systems ideally Oracle or SAP. Experience in manufacturing is helpful, but full training will be provided. Ability to work effectively with international teams and meet strict deadlines (IFRS/local GAAP exposure beneficial). Strong Excel skills.
