If you have 1–2 years’ experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally with some exposure to sales, this could be the perfect next step for you. We are particularly interested in hearing from recent graduates looking to build a commercial career.

About the role:

Joining our small team, you’ll support the growth of our generic pharmaceutical portfolio across key UK retail accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced account managers and develop hands-on commercial experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

You’ll split your time between our Maidenhead office, customer meetings across England, and remote working.


Key Responsibilities

As you grow into the role, you’ll have opportunities to get involved in:


* Developing & fostering relationships with established & new business partners to ensure long-term success.
* Driving new product distribution and supporting sales growth
* Helping to prepare business review meetings and customer presentations
* Supporting customer service projects, initiatives and internal coordination
* Analysing sales data and assisting with forecasting
* Supporting the identification of new product opportunities and assisting with artwork processes in line with MHRA guidelines


About You

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

* Around 1–2 years’ experience in a customer‑facing, sales, or commercial support role (B2B or retail)
* Educated to degree level, ideally in Business, or Life Sciences.
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* A proactive, self‑starter mindset with the ability to work effectively in a small collaborative team


Salary: circa £35k, plus £400 p.m. car allowance, and 20% annual bonus

Location: Hybrid, with regular travel to Maidenhead - Berkshire, and across England
