The role:
* Working 1:1 or in small groups with children who need extra support
* Helping to create an inclusive and positive learning environment
* Supporting emotional and social development as well as academic learning
* Collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to provide the best support
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working with children or young people (education setting not essential)
* Empathy, patience, and resilience
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new strategies
* A background in psychology, social care, youth work, or related fields (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
