Overview
· Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients
· Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
· Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions
· Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them
· Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
· Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
· Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
· Prove Brand and product knowledge
· Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, tax-free in a punctual and accurate manner
· Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with
· Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
· Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor
· Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors
· Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
· Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance

Qualifications
· Previous experience in sales roles; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail
· Companies is a plus;
· Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset;
· Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
· Strong communication skills ;
· Willingness evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus;
·Fluency & sophistication in English and in Mandarin Chinese.
