Thales, a leading global technology company, is hiring a 2026 Electronics Engineering Graduate in Belfast, United Kingdom. The role is part of a three‑year Graduate Programme designed to develop future technical leaders.
Role Details
* Start date: 07 September 2026
* Salary: £34,000 per annum
* Employment type: Permanent
* Working schedule: Monday – Friday, 37 hours a week (8 hours Monday – Thursday, 5 hours Friday)

Graduate Programme
The programme spans three years and includes structured learning, mentorship, and the chance to design and develop engineering solutions for our customers. In year three graduates may rotate across the UK into different business units to experience the full engineering lifecycle.
Requirements
* Holder of or on track to achieve a bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject, e.g. Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or Software Engineering
* Demonstrated passion for engineering and interest in leadership and teamwork
