Table Tennis Wales is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and forward-thinking individual to join our Board of Directors as Director of Performance. About the Role
The Director of Performance will play a pivotal role in shaping, developing and overseeing the Table Tennis Wales performance plan. This includes helping to set strategic direction for athlete development, coaching pathways, talent identification, and the structures that support elite and aspiring players.
The time commitment for this voluntary role is approximately 1–2 days per month, which includes attending Board meetings as well as relevant working groups, consultations, and key events.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome expressions of interest from individuals who can bring insight, passion, and relevant expertise—whether from within the sports sector or from other professional backgrounds. Experience in performance sport, talent pathways, athlete development, or high-performance systems would be particularly valuable.
