Job Description
3. Lead the planning, development, and implementation of IT applications to align with business objectives.
4. Oversee the management and maintenance of existing IT applications to ensure optimal performance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative technology solutions.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in application development and deployment.
7. Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT applications and recommend improvements.
9. Develop and manage budgets for IT application projects and initiatives.
10. Provide leadership and guidance to the IT applications team to achieve departmental goals.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful would be:
11. 12-20 years of experience in IT with deep expertise in enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, BPM, workflow, and custom applications).
12. Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes in global or matrixed organisations.
13. Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, cloud platforms, and data-driven enterprise models.
14. Hands-on experience working in environments where analytics, digital operations, and automation play a central role.
15. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams and manage complex vendor/partner ecosystems.
16. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global product owners, business leaders, and CXO-level stakeholders.
17. A track record of driving governance, process excellence, and continuous improvement across the application portfolio.
18. Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.
