Maintain accurate records and documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence. Assist with financial processes such as purchase orders, invoicing, and cost tracking. Coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and handle general office duties. Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service. About You Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in an administrative role within a property services or facilities management environment is desirable.
