Real Estate Finance Senior Associate / Counsel (8 PQE) We are working with a leading international law firm on a Real Estate Finance Counsel opportunity within their highly regarded Bristol office. This role will involve advising a broad range of lenders, sponsors, investors and borrowers on complex domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactions. The team acts on a wide variety of matters across the real estate finance space, including investment and development financings, refinancing transactions and structured real estate deals. The successful candidate will play a key role within a collaborative and growing practice, working closely with market-leading partners and major institutional clients. This opportunity would suit an experienced lawyer looking to take on a senior position with significant client exposure, leadership responsibility and involvement in the strategic growth of the practice.
