The Telesales Representative is responsible for representing OEC and the manufacturers we work with, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, whilst achieving sales growth.
Job Duties:
* Make outbound sales calls to customers.
* Handle inbound calls and enquiries from customers.
* Achieve personal KPIs and objectives with target customers.
* Utilise all product promotions effectively to meet goals.
* Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
* Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activities.
* Gather and report customer feedback monthly.
Requirements:
* Confident and capable communicator with experience in sales or telesales (not essential).
* Focused on delivering excellent customer service.
* Ability to relate well to others and work as part of a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required.
* Results-oriented.
* IT literate, with knowledge of MS Excel.
