Our client is a fast-growing, AI-driven financial services business helping independent financial advisers across the UK run and grow their firms efficiently. With offices on Fulham Road, London, and across the UK, they combine technology, infrastructure, and expert support to deliver better outcomes for advisers and clients alike.
They are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support their CEO. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage priorities, track decisions, coordinate meetings, and prepare briefings—ensuring the CEO and leadership team can focus on driving growth and impact.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the CEO and leadership team with actions, follow-ups, and scheduling
* Attend meetings, capture decisions, and circulate clear summaries
* Prepare board packs, briefing notes, and materials for key engagements
* Coordinate logistics, meetings, and travel to keep priorities on track
* Graduate with 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in financial services or FinTech
* Highly organised, proactive, and outcome-focused
* Strong communicator, both written and verbal
* Interested in AI and its application in business operations
