Job Title : Internal Account Manager (Exterior)
Reporting to: Internal Sales Manager (Exterior)

Purpose
The purpose of this role is to contact potential & existing customers to drive exterior door sales. Internal Account Managers will be expected to manage new leads from initial contact through to order, as well as engaging with large volumes of prospective customers to generate orders, contributing to the company-wide business development initiatives and for nurturing and developing relationships with our clients.
Main Responsibilities
1. Lead Management - Contacting new leads to qualify potential new business, before following through to receipt of first order
2. Being in regular contact with customers to ensure repeat business, proactively resolving any issues which occur
3. Build and maintain strong, long lasting mutually beneficial customer relationships at all levels for the allocated accounts
4. Develop & maintain a thorough understanding of customers on patch, identifying accounts which need nurturing to continually win business
