Type:Part-Time Coaching Role
Work with Norwich City Football Development in Peterborough and help talented young players reach the next level.
Our centres provide professional-level coaching to grassroots players, with a clear pathway into advanced football.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver engaging sessions in line with the Norwich City development framework
Support player development through constructive feedback and tailored challenges
Work with centre coordinators to organise fixtures and development opportunities
Identify and recommend promising players for pathway progression
What We’re Looking For:
FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football (Level 2 / UEFA C preferred)
FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete)
A coach who loves the game, has high standards, and connects well with young players
