No qualifications? That’s absolutely fine. If you’re caring, reliable and keen to learn, schools want to meet you.
These are flexible roles, with part-time and full-time opportunities available, so you can fit work around your other commitments.
What the role can include:
* Supporting pupils in the classroom or in small groups
* Helping the teacher keep lessons running smoothly
* Providing extra encouragement and one-to-one support
* Gaining hands-on experience in a school setting
