Job Description: Business Development Executive
Salary: £30,000 per annum + commission
Location: Teesside
Our client, a well-established business within the vehicle industry, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support continued growth. This role is ideal for a commercially focused sales professional with strong B2B experience who enjoys building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and develop new B2B business opportunities within the vehicle and related sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
*
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to negotiation and deal closure
*
Promote the company’s products and services in line with business objectives
*
Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems
*
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and quotations
*
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
*
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
*
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
Skills and Experience:

Proven B2B sales or business development experience (essential)
*
Experience within the vehicle, automotive, or transport industry (highly desirable)
*
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
*
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
*
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
*
Professional approach with a strong commercial mindset
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
