We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing and dynamic team in Guernsey, Channel Islands. If you have a proven track record in managing construction projects, leading teams, and delivering results on time and within budget, and if you want to have a real impact, we want to hear from you!
Your main duties:
* Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
* Lead and coordinate internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
* Identify and resolve technical issues or delays, proposing and implementing corrective actions.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and quality.
* Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
