Role: SaaS Support Engineer
Salary: up to £85,000 pa, depending on experience
Location: fully remote, 11am-7pm work hours
We are looking for a skilled SaaS Support Engineer to drive flawless API integrations with precision data engineering, smart automation, and a customer-first mindset - while setting the standard in a true greenfield role.
You'd be working in a remote environment, tackling interesting and complex challenges within a small, highly skilled team, and core hours of work will be 11am-7pm.
This is a full-time permanent SaaS Support Engineer position, paying between £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Role Overview:
1. Use Postman extensively to test and troubleshoot API integrations, resolve data-feed issues, and work with JSON structures.
2. Build and own the triage process, support documentation, FAQs, guides, and the wider Support Portal.
3. Provide customer support for the core SaaS platform.
4. Work in a highly data-intensive environment; automation experience beneficial (Golang/Python a strong plus).
