Production Supervisor County Armagh Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (DOE) Working Hours: 2.30pm 10.30pm An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Production Supervisor to join a leading food manufacturer during a pivotal period of growth. In this role, you will lead and motivate a high-performing production team, ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently achieved. The role: Oversee production processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards. Identify and resolve production issues quickly to maintain efficiency and minimise downtime. Train, mentor, and support team members to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards. Take ownership of daily production targets, driving performance and maintaining consistent product quality. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Work collaboratively with Quality, Maintenance, and Despatch teams to ensure smooth operations across all departments. About you: Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a food manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a team. Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices. Relevant Health & Safety qualification (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent). Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards of food safety and product quality. Confident problem solver, capable of making decisions in a fast-paced production setting.
