Level 1 Learning Support Assistant - Ysgol Y Bedol

Salary: £24,602 - £24,988

The Governors wish to appoint a suitably experienced, committed, and motivated teaching assistant to work within the Foundation Learning class and to support pupils with ALN.

The ability to speak and write Welsh and English to a high standard is desirable, together with good numeracy skills.

Expected date of interview: 11 June 2025

DBS level: An Enhanced with Barred List Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this job. It is an offence to apply for the role if the applicant is barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children or adults at risk.

Welsh language level - Verbal: Level 4 - You will need to be able to communicate effectively in Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
