Duties
* Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentation
* Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
* Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
* Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Skills and Experience
* Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
* Strong post‑qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit is essential
* Experience working on projects within the healthcare sector is desirable
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
* Job running experience is advantageous
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to Chorley
