Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Personal Assistant to the Allied Health and Health Science Clinical Care Group (CCG) Senior Leadership Team. The post is based within Hafan Derwen in St David's Park, Carmarthen, and is fixed term until 31 March 2026 due to secondment of the substantive post holder.
THIS POST IS A FIXED TERM / SECONDMENT FOR 6 MONTHS UNTIL 31/03/2026. If you are a Hywel Dda University Health Board employee and are applying for this post as a secondment, an agreement from your current manager is required prior to application.
Main duties include supporting the Senior Leadership Team, acting as the main communication channel, preparing agendas, minute-taking, and managing electronic systems to support the care group.
We seek a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Person Specification
Qualifications: Level 3 qualification or equivalent, NHS/organizational terminology knowledge; secretarial training and diploma level education are desirable.
Experience: Experience as a Personal Assistant, diary management, minute-taking, data interpretation, managing files, arranging meetings, handling confidential information, understanding NHS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Teams. Experience in large organizations and Welsh language skills are desirable.
