Previous experience as a Head Chef, or strong Sous Chef background in a quality, seasonal restaurant
Passion for British, seasonal cooking and sustainable sourcing
Ability to manage kitchen GP, menu costing, and day-to-day operations
Strong leadership skills with a focus on consistency, communication, and team development
Solid understanding of food safety legislation, allergen management, and EHO compliance
A hands-on chef who wants to push the restaurant forward
