As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Conduct negotiations to close sales effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using IT systems.
* Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines while ensuring organisational efficiency.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
* Have a full and complete knowledge of all merchandise, stock locations, stock levels and prices for all departments. To demonstrate, advise and sell goods, introducing complimenatry or additional items and to encourage further sales.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Strong negotiation abilities with a track record of successful sales outcomes.
* Proficiency in IT tools and software relevant to sales processes.
* Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong organisational skills
