About the Team The Test Data Systems team develops and maintains automation and data solutions that support the testing of next-generation power systems. What You Will Do Reporting to the Director of Engineering for Test and Development, you’ll lead a skilled and diverse team of engineers, developers, and technicians. Your responsibilities will include: Leading staffing, development, and performance management programs to support team growth and engagement. Providing technical expertise and consultancy across engineering functions. Managing engineering projects of varying scope and duration, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and quality standards. Overseeing the development and maintenance of test automation and data management systems, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Collaborating with global test facilities and automation partners to implement innovative and scalable solutions. Shaping the vision and roadmap for continuous improvement in test automation and data systems. What You Will Have We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who meet the following criteria: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Software Development, or Computer Science. Experience in engineering leadership, ideally within automation, control systems, or data management. Strong planning and decision-making skills across tactical and strategic levels. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Technical proficiency in automation, system integration, and software development. A collaborative and inclusive approach to team leadership and problem-solving. Experience leading teams and addressing performance or interpersonal challenges constructively. Ability to work across cultures and geographies to deliver impactful results. Solid project management skills, with a focus on resource efficiency and timely execution.
