The Randstad Education team is seeking a Primary Teacher to fill a long term position for a friendly and welcoming Primary School located in Hemel Hempstead.

This role starts from September 2026 on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities being a Year 4 teacher:

• Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning
• Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing targeted interventions as needed
• Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the overall development and improvement of the school's curriculum
• Establishing effective communication with parents and guardians to support students' academic and social development

Requirements and skills to secure this position:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Relevant teaching experience, with a focus on Year 4
• Right to work in the UK
• 2 relevant professional /proven references
• Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum and assessment procedures
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for fostering a love of learning.
