Support Worker
Location: Hereford
Pay: Up to £34,779 (depending on experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Do
Daily Support: Assist young people with daily routines: getting ready for school, preparing for meal times and planning activities.
Environment: Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
Relationships: Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
Activities: Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
Record Keeping: Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Who You Are
Personality: Warm, patient, a great listener and encourager focused on achieving outcomes for others.
Experience: No prior experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide the training.
