What You’ll Be Doing:
? Leading the breakfast service with confidence, precision, and flair
? Preparing top-notch mise-en-place for a smooth, efficient morning shift
? Keeping the kitchen spotless and fully compliant with EHO and Marriott food safety standards
? Supporting the lunch prep team and collaborating across the kitchen
? Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
? Helping maintain records for audits and health inspections
? Upholding a safe, clean, and positive kitchen environment — always
What You’ll Bring:
✅ Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
✅ Passion for food, early mornings, and high standards
✅ Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
✅ A can-do attitude and pride in everything you plate
