Commercial Property Lawyer (NQ - 2 PQE) – Devon | Up to £50,000 | Hybrid Considered
The Role
* Assisting on a broad range of commercial property transactions
* Drafting and negotiating leases, transfers and related legal documentation
* Supporting on acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters
* Conducting title reviews and Land Registry work
* Progressively managing your own caseload with ongoing support and development
* Some residential property exposure may arise as part of the wider team workload, but commercial property experience and interest are essential for this role
About You
* Newly Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or up to 2 years' PQE
* Previous experience within commercial property law
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Positive, proactive and solution-focused approach
* Keen to learn, develop and progress within commercial property
