Van + Fuel Card | £33,742 + Overtime | 25 Days Holiday | Pension | Excellent BenefitsAre you a skilled Multi-Skilled Carpenter who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance?We're working exclusively with a confidential, well-established property maintenance provider seeking an experienced trades professional to join their Responsive Repairs Team in Louth and nearby areas.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive organisation focused on maintaining and improving homes to an excellent standard.? The RoleYou will be working within occupied domestic properties, carrying out high-quality carpentry work as your main trade, while also handling a range of additional basic multi-trade tasks.Every day is different - you'll meet a wide variety of customers and represent the team with professionalism and care.?? Key Responsibilities
* First-class carpentry repairs and maintenance
* Delivering multi-trade tasks including basic plumbing, plaster patching, decorating and tiling
* Maintaining high levels of customer service inside occupied homes
* Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to "right first time" standards
* Managing jobs via PDA/device and keeping work on schedule
�? What We're Looking For
* NVQ Level 2 Carpentry (or equivalent)
* Proven experience as a Carpenter or Multi-Skilled Carpenter
* Experience within domestic repairs or property maintenance
* Strong organisational skills and ability to keep workloads moving
* Confident working independently and communicating with customers
* Good IT skills and experience using PDAs or electronic work systems
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential for this mobile role)
* Ability to pass a DBS check
