Group Chief Financial Officer
South of England base with UK travel required
£145,000 + car allowance + bonus + LTIP
High-impact Group CFO role within a fast-growth, multi-site manufacturing group.
This is a pivotal Group CFO appointment, within a well-capitalised and ambitious manufacturing business. With significant organic growth and an active M&A pipeline, this position includes genuine influence at board level and the opportunity to shape the group's future expansion. You will drive commercial performance, while ensuring robust financial governance and controls across the group.
Responsibilities will include:
Leading the company's financial strategy, aligning it tightly with commercial objectives.
Driving value creation through organic growth and a targeted acquisition strategy.
Leading M&A activity, from evaluation through to integration and value realisation.
Ensuring rigorous financial governance, controls and risk management across multiple sites.
Ultimate ownership of cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Developing and embedding best practice financial systems, processes and tools.
We're seeking a fully qualified finance leader, with the gravitas and credibility to operate at board level. You will be equally comfortable with operating strategically or tactically as required.
To be successful, you will bring:
Proven Group CFO experience within a multi-site manufacturing environment.
A track record in businesses with revenues of at least £30m+
Demonstrable M&A experience, including integration and delivering measurable value.
Highly developed commercial acumen and the ability to influence major investment decisions.
A leadership style that inspires confidence, accountability and performance.
