We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to work on a social housing project across Grantham.
Job Responsibilities:
* Supervising trades such as Joiners, Bricklayers, Plumbers, Plasterers to carry out repairs/maintenance in tenanted and void properties.
* Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed within set deadlines.
* Reporting progress to the Site Manager and senior management.
* Ensuring work is completed to the agreed high standards.
* Coordinating teams of workers and subcontractors
* Maintaining quality control checks
* Signing off and handing completed work over to the client
* Ensuring that all Health & Safety procedures are being adhered too
Requirements:
* SSSTS
* First Aid At Work
* Minimum 2 years experience in the Social Housing Sector as a Manager/Supervisor
* Own transport
