Description We are excited to launch our Twilight Team Pilot – a brand-new initiative designed to deliver exceptional customer service during the key evening hours of 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday to Friday. As part of this dynamic team, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global shipping environment, supporting customers and helping our business move forward. This internship is for a period of 6 months. Responsibilities What you'll be doing: Responding to customer queries via email Supporting the resolution of shipment tracking and delivery issues Assisting in updating systems with accurate and timely information Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery Playing a key role in shaping the future of our Twilight Team Qualifications What we’re looking for: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail No previous experience required – just your enthusiasm and motivation!
