1. Clinical Excellence:
* Deliver safe, effective, and evidence‑based care through autonomous clinical decision‑making, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of conditions.

Qualifications
* Registered Paramedic or Nurse with the HCPC/NMC.
