Corporate US Tax Manager London Permanent Up to £90k cer Financial are working alongside a tax advisors who are based in the City of London. They are seeking a Corporate US Tax Manager to work with them on a permanent basis. The responsibilities of the Corporate US Tax Manager will include: The incumbent will have experience in managing a corporate group client portfolio, making sure client service is maintained at a high level and identifying opportunities where we can support clients with tax planning and bespoke tax advice while contributing to the acquisition of new work/clients. The postholder will work with Tax Associates and Senior Tax Associates to ensure the work is appropriately delegated and client deadlines are met. You will also ensure that complex US Corporate and Partnership tax returns are accurately reviewed, mentoring and supporting junior team members, and working with our support staff to ensure billing deadlines are met and invoices paid in a timely manner. The successful Corporate US Tax Manager will have: You will possess up to 8 years’ experience in dealing with corporate compliance, where you would have developed strong technical knowledge and ability to work in a pressurised environment. Experience within Private Equity/Venture Capital Fund experience is desirable. Qualified US CPA, agent status or equivalent is required. Good working knowledge of Excel is required and exposure to major tax software ie CCH Axcess, is desirable.
