Job Description
* Plan and coordinate events from conception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
* Manage event budgets effectively while ensuring value and quality.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop event content and logistics.
* Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely delivery of services.
* Oversee on-site event operations to guarantee seamless execution.
* Evaluate event success and provide detailed post-event reports.
* Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations at all events.
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance event outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Events Planner should have:
* Proven experience in planning and managing events large scale around 2000/3000 attendees.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Knowledge of event compliance, including health and safety regulations.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently or within a team.
