Here at Curaleaf, we're looking for a motivated and organised Distribution Deals Executive. You'll be the go-to person for our third-party brands, helping bring their products to the UK market. From launch to ongoing supply, you'll manage projects, coordinate with internal teams, and make sure every product release runs smoothly and on time.


This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating complex projects and building strong partnerships across an international industry.


What you'll be doing:


As a Distribution Deals Executive, no two days are the same! You'll keep projects on track and play a key role in bringing medical cannabis products to patients. Your main responsibilities include:

Managing and maintaining relationships with third-party brands and supporting smooth product launches in the UK.

Driving lead generation for new distribution deals.

Coordinating teams across sales, marketing, quality and legal to ensure deadlines are met.

Forecasting demand and coordinating with customers to align supply.

Managing contracts, pricing, and product artwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Liaising with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.

Tracking project progress, preparing reports and keeping all stakeholders informed.


What you bring:


We're looking for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working with people at all levels. You thrive under pressure, can juggle multiple priorities, and communicate clearly. You also bring:

Strong computer skills, including Excel.

Experience managing documentation and quality processes.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Comfort working with pricing, contracts, and commercial data.

Active listening and note-taking abilities.


Previous industry experience is a plus, but curiosity and passion for medical cannabis matter most!
