Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – Coventry – £30,000 to £55,000

The role
* Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
* Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
* Working closely with clients, agents and lenders to ensure smooth, proactive progression of matters
* Using modern case management systems to streamline processes and reduce admin burden
* Being trusted to run your files with autonomy, while still having senior support when needed

You
* An experienced conveyancing fee earner, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or solicitor
* Comfortable running your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Client-focused, organised and commercially aware
