Negotiate contracts and agreements with catering suppliers. Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to understand catering requirements and align purchasing strategies.
