Purchase Ledger Assistant– Equans

Equans is looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team based at Callflex Business Park, Rotherham on a temporary basis of 12 months covering maternity leave. This full‑time role works 37.5 hours per week and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will be part of a busy Team in a Procure to Pay environment, responsible for processing invoices, reconciling supplier accounts and helping resolve any known disputes in a timely manner. Team members should possess strong problem‑solving, analytical and customer‑service skills, along with good planning and administration abilities.


What will you deliver?

* Point of contact for procure‑to‑pay queries.
* Invoice processing.
* Supplier statement reconciliations.
* Internal and external supplier queries.
* Schedule and process payments.
* Reconciliations and period‑end close activities.

Who are you?

* Previous experience in an Accounts Payable environment is desirable.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including email.
* Strong data entry skills.
* Good analytical skills.
* Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
* Effective communication at all levels.

THIS role includes a basic DBS check; the ability to pass is essential.
