You'll assist both clinical and non-clinical teams, ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors, and develop essential skills for a future NHS career. To undertake reception and routine administration duties in support of clinical and non-clinical activity, ensuring a professional and efficient reception service is provided for all visitors, including service users, carers, contractors, external and internal stakeholders, along with site colleagues and teams. Main Duties of the Apprentice Administrator (Mental Health NHS Talking Therapies): Provide administrative support to the talking therapies team, including answering phones and responding to emails. Assist with booking appointments, managing waiting lists, and scheduling assessments. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with NHS policies. Welcome and guide service users, families, and visitors to the service. Support the preparation and distribution of clinical documents, letters, and reports. Help to organize meetings and take minutes when required. Input data and generate routine reports for the team. Work closely with clinical and administrative colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the service. Uphold patient confidentiality and treat all information sensitively.
