Are you looking for an exciting Senior National Account Manager role in this top global beauty company? Somewhere you can be accountable make a big difference and implement your ideas? Then this Senior National Account Manager role could be the perfect role for you!

Our client is recognized worldwide for innovative beauty products, technology driven skin care, trendsetting makeup and distinctive perfumes. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this will be a hands-on role where you will be leading commercial negotiations, developing joint business plans, and working cross-functionally to bring the category and brand story to life

It’s a high-profile role with real influence, working in a highly competitive category in mass cosmetics.

You will be responsible for:

* Accountability for Boots
* Develop and execute dynamic strategic plans to deliver wholesale and retail targets, working collaboratively with retail partners to create strong Joint Business plans for our brands, that will deliver growth and brand KPIs
* Deliver limitless plans to drive and maintain #1 ranking in all categories and all stores.
* Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, and proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
* Forecasting, liaising closely with demand planning and retailer supply teams to create accurate monthly forecasts by customer by SKU. Actively focussed on operational excellence and driving availability to deliver against retailer KPI’s
* Achievement of financial goals, delivering retail, gross and net budgets whilst driving profitability, working

About You

* We’re looking for a strong account manager with strengths in commercial / P&L management. experience is essential, direct experience with Boots, Superdrug, Tesco, Morrisons would be advantageous.
* Beauty experience a plus
* Results oriented, high energy, team player driven by excellence
* Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communicator capable of building multi-level relationships
* Entrepreneurial sales flair with the ability to recognise/evaluate opportunities and a high level of commercial awareness
* Excellent negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
* Mathematically astute
