* Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tenders
* Oversee procurement and manage subcontractor packages
* Conduct valuations and manage interim applications
* Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports
* Ensure compliance with contract conditions and legal requirements
* Liaise closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery
About You:
1. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
2. Minimum 3 years experience in residential construction (high-end/luxury projects a bonus)
3. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
