Job Description
Sales
* Greet and serve all customers providing a fast, friendly service
* Ensure familiarity with the product range to provide detailed information
* Maintain knowledge of all functions of watches and other Swatch products
* Provide reliable information to customers regarding guarantees and after-sales service
* Assist in displaying merchandise as directed
* Contribute to the store reaching its monthly sales targets
* Oversee colleagues on the shop floor to ensure best practice, providing on-the-spot feedback
* Assist in controlling shrinkage by attentive action on the shop floor, merchandise handling, accident prevention and till operation
* Maintain awareness of products and security hot spots
* Follow company policy for opening/closing the store
* Handle transactions responsibly and securely
* Accurate reporting of administration and stock control; collation of sales figures
* Communicate issues to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
* Ensure the store is kept clean and presentable
* Delegate tasks to colleagues to ensure productivity during peak trade
* Adhere to company policies and regulations; attend and conduct briefings as required
* Communicate professionally at all levels within the store and with Swatch Group teams
* Be familiar with international customers’ customs and culture
* Attend regular training; deliver product knowledge and train colleagues on upcoming collections
* Take responsibility, be self-motivated and proactive to understand all new products
* Undertake duties as directed; act up in a more senior capacity when required
* Lead and inspire colleagues and ensure service standards align with Swatch guidelines
Profile
Essential: Passionate to lead, motivate and engage a team; driven to improve conversion and meet KPIs; enjoys developing team members and delivering high customer experience; uses initiative to support management
Preferred: Previous retail or fashion accessories experience; experience with international customers; ability to communicate in multiple languages; supervisory experience
