MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading UK tailoring business on the search for a Senior Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in London.
As the Senior Account Manager, you will join the commercial team and will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, strengthening supplier relationships, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products aligned with premium standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and growth opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers, overseeing order management, delivery, quality control, and cost management.
* Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, marketing) to ensure seamless communication and alignment across projects.
* Monitor sales performance and account metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for growth.
* Support product development and seasonal planning by providing market feedback and supplier insights.
* Identify new business opportunities within the menswear tailoring segment, including retail, wholesale, and bespoke channels.
* Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience in menswear tailoring, either in bespoke or premium ready-to-wear.
* Strong track record managing supplier relationships, including negotiation, order oversight, and quality assurance.
* Experience managing multiple accounts and delivering measurable commercial growth.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organisational and project management abilities, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Commercially minded, with an understanding of pricing, margin, and cost structures in premium menswear.
