Job Overview
Asda seeks an online manager to support the day‑to‑day operation in store, ensuring team engagement, efficient resource allocation and customer satisfaction. The role includes schedule planning, performance analysis and continuous improvement of online retail processes.
Responsibilities
* Drive strategy into action: plan and execute trading activity on the shopfloor, delivering availability standards, key metrics and KRAs through routine and processes.
* Lead with impact: engage and coach the team to improve routine and process, create a culture of selling with personality, drive pick accuracy and customer service excellence.
* Results‑focused: drive best value offering across online operations, improve CSI and respond to customer feedback to create and execute effective action plans from audits.
* Talent development: listen with empathy, build resilience, encourage ownership and focus, promote Asdaness, support team development and create an environment where people feel valued and motivated.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex online retail environment.
* Operational knowledge of online retail processes, availability, picking rate, waste reduction and shrink management.
* Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
* Strong organisational skills and excellent customer‑service orientation.
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
