We’re recruiting for a Finance Manager - BP to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.Are you a commercially astute finance professional looking to make a strategic impact? We’re seeking a Finance Manager to join our Asset Management Finance team, acting as a trusted Finance Business Partner to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a high-impact role supporting financial management and decision-making across Investment Operations, Client Service Operations, and Central COO functions.You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where your insights will help shape financial strategy and drive operational efficiency.What you’ll be doing:
1. Acting as the primary finance contact for COO functions and their leadership teams
2. Delivering financial insight and challenge to support strategic and operational decisions
3. Developing and maintaining financial models for planning, analysis, and investment cases
4. Modelling custody fee costs and contributing to automation initiatives
5. Partnering with teams to identify and implement cost optimisation actions
6. Monitoring and reporting on cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements
7. Consolidating COO financials for monthly reporting and planning cycles
8. Preparing and presenting performance reports using Tableau and Power BI
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
9. Demonstrating strong financial acumen and analytical skills
10. Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
11. Collaborating confidently across cross-functional teams
12. Showing curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
13. Holding a relevant finance or accounting degree
14. Being a qualified accountant (e.g. ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA, ICAS)
15. Bringing experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering
16. Understanding the asset management industry (desirable)
