We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to hit the ground running on high-impact projects. This is a contract role based in Nottingham, operating inside IR35, and we need someone who can start immediately.

The Role
* Take ownership of projects of varying scale, from scoping to delivery
* Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business
* Bring a critical eye to business requirements, challenge assumptions and ask the right questions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and refine business needs
* Apply best-in-class BA tools and techniques to deliver actionable insights
* Help shape and implement effective, scalable, and user-centered solutions
What You’ll Bring
* Proven track record as a Business Analyst, ideally with 5+ years’ experience
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
* Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for getting to the "why" behind the "what"
* Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
* Confidence to challenge conventional thinking with evidence and insight
