This full-time opportunity involves supporting pupils aged 4 to 16 with a broad range of additional learning needs within a nurturing and highly personalised educational environment. This role would suit an experienced SEN practitioner or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into specialist education. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that reflect individual EHCP outcomes while encouraging confidence, resilience and positive relationships throughout the classroom.
