Role Description
The role involves:
Day-to-day management of marine operations, ensuring efficient and safe vessel operations in line with company standards and regulations
Oversee ship management activities
Coordinate crews and resources
Monitor operational performance
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Regular collaboration with stakeholders and teams to optimize operational efficiency
Deliver top-tier services.
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge and experience in Marine Operations and Vessel Operations
Skills in Operations Management with a focus on the Marine Industry
Strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage teams and resources effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to safety and compliance
Competent with Microsoft suite of software
