Chef de Rang Responsibilities:
* Managing your own section during service, ensuring smooth and attentive delivery
* Guiding guests through menus and making recommendations confidently
* Liaising with the kitchen and sommelier to ensure accurate and timely service
* Supporting mise en place and resetting for different service periods
* Training and mentoring junior team members where required
* Upholding the venues standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and presentation
